The French wines are a white Chardonnay and a red Merlot Cabernet (made with 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet grapes) from the vineyard of the legendary Christophe Muret, who is famous in the Languedoc region for delivering memorable wines with purity and character. The chocolate tasting bars are from Willie Harcourt-Cooze, the British cacaofevier (bean to bar chocolate maker) who was the subject of Channel 4’s 2008 documentary Willie’s Wonky Chocolate Factory and now creates all things chocolatey at his factory in Devon. All of which makes this a truly distinguished gift to mark any celebration or event.
