We offer same-day delivery across London for orders placed before 1pm, seven days a week. For the rest of the UK, standard delivery is the next working day when ordered before 1pm. You can also choose a specific delivery date at checkout, ideal if you're sending a gift in advance of a special occasion.
Can I send this hamper directly to the recipient?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's address at checkout. We'll ship it straight to them in our signature gift packaging, no invoice or pricing is ever included inside the hamper, so it arrives as a complete surprise. You can also add a personalized gift message at checkout.
What happens if no one is home when my hamper is delivered?
Our courier will leave the hamper in a safe place or with a neighbour if instructed, or attempt redelivery the next working day. You'll receive a delivery notification by email or SMS so the recipient knows to expect it. For same-day London orders, our driver will contact the recipient directly.
Can I add a personalized message to my hamper?
Yes, you can include a complimentary handwritten gift message with every hamper. Simply add your message in the gift note field at checkout. There's no character limit, and we'll print it on our branded gift card and place it inside the hamper. There's no extra cost for this.
Can I customize or swap items in this hamper?
Our hampers are carefully curated as complete gift sets and aren't available for individual item swaps. However, if you're ordering for a corporate event or in quantities of 10 or more, we offer bespoke hamper building and branding options. What should I do if my hamper arrives damaged?
We're sorry if this happens. Please photograph the damage and contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery by email at sales@londonhampers.com and arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible, no need to return the damaged items.
